Comprehensive Mylar Storage kit

Mylar bags are a high barrier membrane and when used in conjunction with oxygen absorbers they enable all manner of dry foods to be stored for a vastly extended period of time. Once hermetically sealed inside a Mylar bag the sachet absorbs any oxygen thus removing the primary cause of food spoilage... oxidisation. 

This kit is ideal for storing most dried food ingredients such as pasta, pulses, grains, herbs & spices and dehydrated fruits and vegetables (oily seeds and nuts don't store very well in Mylar because their oil content tends to become rancid over time).

This kit contains enough mylar bags and oxygen absorbers to store several months worth of essential food ingredients.
